What type of shows can colleges submit?

Any type of pre-recorded show will be accepted. There will be no facility to live stream directly from a theatre at the exact time of performance. Shows may be filmed in theatres but the recorded video file is what we require in order to judge the show.

What is the deadline for submissions?

All show files should be sent to our technical team at by the 24th March 2021.

What are the pre-production meetings?

These meetings are hosted by DU Players with each college from the 13th-15th of March. Representatives from participating colleges and specific show's production teams will present the details of their shows and any issues will be troubleshooted.

Do I need to provide content warnings for my show?

After the pre-production meetings you might be asked by the ISDA committee to provide a content warning for your show. If this is the case, please provide a title card before the performance clearly stating the content warning advised by the committee. The title card should be shown for at least five seconds before the performance begins.
